At Solviox, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
